Service Description

This is a 45 minute yoga class for moms and pre-crawling babies. This class is intended to help moms build community and strength while bonding with their babies. Heather is certified in mom and baby yoga, including baby wearing. She is passionate about serving women through the art of yoga. Need-based scholarships are available through The Nourish Foundation.
