Mindfulness helps us remain in the present moment, not thinking on the past or future. It allows us to become aware of our thoughts and feelings in each moment without judgement. Mindfulness often emphasizes our observance of sensory stimuli. 

 

Practicing mindfulness has many health benefits and can improve overall well-being. It can help you manage stress, regulate emotions, maintain relationships, and practice healthy eating. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness.

You can also practice mindfulness through various activities including yoga! Through yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises help shift our minds from our external surroundings to focusing on our present internal state.
