FUN AND EASY TO FOLLOW CARDIO KICKBOXING

In this introductory-level kickboxing class, Amy focuses on technique and shorter combinations to make it easy for a beginner to follow. You will have fun and get a great cardio workout. No equipment needed!

AT-HOME WORKOUT

It’s recommended to get 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week. Anything that gets your heart beating faster counts. Do this 14 minute cardio interval workout to get your body moving and heart pumping.

AGILITY TRAINING

This workout is built on jumping and athletic body weight movements that challenge you to move with agility and precision. Agility Training brings you a dynamic way to challenge your fitness and get in the shape of your life!

ATHLETIC STEP AND STRENGTH INTERVALS

In this 35 minute class, Amy alternates between athletic step intervals and strength movements. The step work is easy to follow and the class is designed for the intermediate to advanced exerciser. A step is recommended for you to get the most out of this class.
